FrancoDeal is a service platform for luxury professionals. We offer several types of services:

Important: Any individual browsing FrancoDeal agrees not to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use the data that composes it, whatever their nature, without prior written authorization.
Any FrancoDeal user who publishes or uses on the site the image of a person or content likely to infringe on a person's privacy must have obtained their express authorization beforehand.
The user must therefore guarantee the publisher in this regard. They are solely responsible for the consequences of publishing on the site content that would represent the image of third parties or that would be likely to infringe on their privacy.
It is strictly forbidden to use on the site the image of a person without their authorization or any content likely to infringe on their privacy without their authorization, and this, including if they are a celebrity or public figure.
By using our AI content generation services (avatars, videos, images), you certify that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit, including image rights of the persons represented.

FrancoDeal disclaims all responsibility in case of abnormal use, illegal exploitation, loss by the user of their password, but also in the case of identity theft, attack or computer hacking.

The user is aware that their services are activated as long as their payments are made for the services rendered. If you opt for a monthly subscription and after one month you no longer pay your subscription, your services will be interrupted.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your remaining credits remain valid until the end of your subscription period. After expiration, all unused credits will be lost.
We offer several monthly and annual subscription plans tailored to the needs of luxury professionals. Each plan includes a number of credits to generate content.

Subscription fees are automatically charged each month or each year, depending on your plan. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.
Unused credits are not refunded and are not carried over to the next month. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash. For any questions about plans, consult our FAQ.
Users can make payments by credit card via the secure Stripe interface. All payments are encrypted and secure. Stripe uses the strictest security standards in the industry (PCI DSS Level 1).

If your payment fails, we will send you an email notification. You have 3 days to update your payment method. After 3 days, your subscription will be suspended.
No refund is possible after the service has been performed.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After this period, no refund can be granted.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
A processing fee of 7% applies to refunds. This fee covers Stripe fees, administrative fees and bank fees.

Ambassadors receive a commission based on sales generated via their referral link. Commissions vary depending on the type of plan subscribed by the referral.

The FrancoDeal directory (francodeal.com) is a private directory reserved primarily for professionals in the following categories:
Restricted access: Registration in the FrancoDeal directory is subject to validation. Professionals must work in one of the above categories and meet FrancoDeal's quality criteria.
Any dispute that may arise regarding these General Terms and Conditions of FrancoDeal sites, regardless of the place of subscription or settlement, will be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement between the parties.
These general terms and conditions are subject to the London civil procedure code in the United Kingdom which determines, on a case-by-case basis, the law that will be applied.
